Does the Teams integration require admin installation?
Yes, an IT admin installs the TimeClock 365 app from the Microsoft AppSource marketplace. Once installed for the organization, employees can use it immediately — no individual setup needed.
Can I connect TimeClock 365 to our in-house payroll system?
Yes. The REST API allows full integration with any payroll system. We also provide custom CSV export formats to match your payroll software's import template.
Is the API rate-limited?
API access is available on Business and Enterprise plans. Rate limits and documentation are provided in the developer portal. Contact support for high-volume requirements.
Does SSO work with mobile apps?
Yes. SSO via SAML works on the TimeClock 365 mobile app (iOS and Android) in addition to the web dashboard.
