How do I add a new employee?
Go to Users → Add User in the dashboard. Enter their name, ID, department, and email. The system sends login credentials automatically. Alternatively, import a bulk list via Excel.
An employee can't clock in from the app — what do I check?
Check that: (1) the employee's account is active, (2) the app is updated to the latest version, (3) location permissions are enabled, (4) the employee is within the geofence zone if geofencing is enabled.
How do I export attendance to Excel?
Go to Reports → Attendance Report. Select the date range and employees. Click Export → Excel. The file downloads with all approved hours, overtime, and absences.
The biometric device isn't syncing. What do I do?
Check the device's internet connection. Restart the device. If it continues, go to Devices in the dashboard, select the device, and click Force Sync. Contact support if the issue persists.
How do I set up a geofence?
Go to Settings → Locations. Add a new location, enter the address or pin it on the map, and set the allowed radius. Assign the location to the relevant department or employees.
